SRI LANKAN COOKING DEMO
MONDAY, March 14th, 2022 @ Renton Technical College
We had a good group of professionals, students, and apprentices at our March 14th educational seminar at Renton Technical College. As you may know, the topic was Sri Lankan cooking, culture, and the history of the island. Chef Gihan Ernest put on a delicious five-course dinner. It was an informal setting with the audience asking questions and sampling the plates. Chef Gihan not only shared his style of cooking but some secrets too.
