At the WSCA Awards dinner, I had 2 Culinary 3 students attend with their parents. They met and chatted with every board member, we toured the kitchen at Maynard’s Restaurant, and had some amazing food. At the event, I realized how many in attendance have directly affected our culinary program. Below is a picture of this powerhouse group.
Chef instructors from Bates & Renton Tech, US Foods Team Mentors, Spice Sales, Equipment Sales & a Master Chef (behind me, he evaluated my cooking practical when I tested for a Certified Sous Chef).!
My students truly gets a powerhouse team!
