April meeting was an appetizers food fest. We all enjoyed the fresh, great tasting food the students and staff prepared at Lake Washington Technical College. The action stations included beautiful fresh salmon and tuna sushi, handmade tortillas and some fantastic Thai specialties. Our educational segment was all about sugar: How to make, pour, pull and mold sugar. We all got to try our hand at making a part of a show piece.
