Event Follow-up:

For those of us that attended the fruit and vegetable carving seminar at Bates on Saturday were treated to a fast-paced class that lasted a little over four hours and could have gone another four according to the evaluation sheets that were turned in.  The class had about 45 participants and Chef Ray Duey kept everyone focused on not only his carving abilities but on his stories.  The only negative thing that could be said about that day was the torrent of rain and wind that came down after the class.  Special thank you to Chef’s Roger and JJ for allowing us to have this seminar at their school on a Saturday.  Very much appreciated.
