WHAT a night it was at “The Bite of Apprentice”. It was the biggest and best we have ever had. I personally would like to thank all the apprentices, culinary schools, and restaurants that participated. The food was spectacular with so many great Bites that it was a sensory overload. Special thanks to Renton Technical College with Chef Tony Parker and Chef Prine and our sponsors Sysco and Harbor Foodservice.
