It was a full house at the Wine and Cheese educational seminar today. So much fun! Cheese 101 was an 8-course cheese tasting from Certified Cheese Professional, Rosie Shestak from DeLaurenti Specialty Food & Wine. Big thanks to Rosie Shestak, ASC CCP from DeLaurenti Specialty Food and Wine, Chris Jewett from Youngs Market, Structure Cellars, Peterson Company, Tony Parker and Renton Technical College for hosting the event, and Lavish Roots Catering.
