We had a great meeting at Gordons on the Green in Tukwila with over 60 in attendance. This meeting was our Beef Education Night- “KEEPING SIZZLE IN YOUR MENU”. Rob Noel, clinic Director of Promotions, pills Washington State Beef Commission discussed beef trends in foodservice. Creekstone Farms representative, more about Ross Arrington intoduced the beef to be served at the dinner.
Appetizers included Seared Ahi with Soy and Sesame Ginger Sauce, Carpaccio wrapped Roasted Asparagus with White Truffle Oil and Lemon, Vine Ripened Grape Tomatoes and Fresh Ciliegene Mozzarella, and Petite Tenderloin Sliders with Carmelized Onion and Bleu Cheese.
The dinner menu included salad with Grilled Romaine and Parmesan Crackers, Braised Boneless Short Rib Jardiniere, Smashed Baby Red Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli and Red Peppers and a dessert of Fresh Blackberry Trifle.
